How to edit questions using AI

Review the post: How to create questions using AI

Once you have generated the questions you will be taken to the Questions / New Question – Create a full AI assisted question screen:

You can see all AI generated question. Here you can edit the Stem, Choice Options, or Explanation. You can move between the questions by clicking on the question tab. You can select the questions you want to save and add to the test by clicking on the star icon.

  • If you need to add a new question, click on ADD NEW QUESTION.
  • If you need to review your AI configuration, click on Show All Configuration. The following window will be displayed:

Once you have changed the configuration you can:

  • Add questions to those questions you have not previously starred (please, make sure you have marked the question you want to keep before adding questions).
  • Regenerate questions to discard all questions. This option will create the number of questions stated in the Number of questions box. Please note that, all the questions you have previously generated will be discarded.

In order to save your questions, you must select them first by marking on the start icon. Once you have selected the question you want, click on Save marked questions.

IMPORTANT. Please, note that if you click on the Close button, you will lost all generated questions without saving them.

NOTE: All fields have an AI option that allows you to refine the content generated by AI based on one of the criteria displayed. You can use this tool to improve the quality, clarity, and structure of written content.

Correction: refines spelling, grammar and sentence structure.

Lengthen: it expands the text of your paragraphs.

Paraphrase: it changes the sentence structure, wording, and sentence length to communicate the same concept.

Rephrase: it changes your text substantially, changing the sentence order or general structure of the text.

Shorten: it summarizes the text maintaining its meaning.

Simplify: it reduces the text complexity to make it easier to understand.
